How to Adopt:
Adopting a Hope Springs Doodle is very easy! The first thing that you will need to do is decide which breed, size, sex and color interests you most.
If you are applying to adopt a particular puppy in a particular litter, you can reference that puppy in the application below. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit that is required to be placed on a waiting list for an upcoming Hope Springs Doodle or on a particular pup featured on our website.

Spring Training?
If you are interested in having your puppy Professionally trained by Hope our Exclusive Spring Training Expert, please visit our Spring Training page to read about all of our training options before your puppy comes home to you. Training is recommended for all Hope Springs Doodles to insure an easy transition into their new homes. Hope Springs puppies can start training as early as 8 weeks old because Hope only trains Hope Springs Doodles. Unlike most other training options, our puppies can start training earlier to begin learning during that critical 10-16 week age period. Hope is also available for follow-up help for puppies that have been to Spring Training.  If you would like to enroll your puppy in Spring Training, please indicate that on the application below.

Hope Springs Health Guarantee

Seller guarantees that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in excellent health. All Hope Springs puppies are Vet Checked prior to leaving us.  They receive Certified Health Certificates from our Vet at 8 weeks.  This includes a fecal on each puppy and a full body exam (ears, eyes, mouth, teeth, heart, etc.) Should the puppy be found to be in poor health, of a serious nature, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement puppy from another litter or a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy only. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

The following conditions apply to the sale of the aforementioned puppy:

A. The Buyer has three (3) days from the time of receipt of Hope Springs puppy to have puppy examined by a Veterinarian. Any request to return the puppy to the Seller for a refund must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the puppy prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided. 

B. A warranty against all serious life altering genetic disease is provided until the dog is two years of age. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time, that will greatly shorten the life of - or greatly alter the quality of life of the dog, Seller will provide Buyer with a full refund up to the price paid for the dog towards incurred medical expenses. Invoices from a licensed Veterinarian will be required to process reimbursement. We do NOT require you to return the dog.   

C. A warranty for Hip Dysplasia is provided for two years.  This warranty will be terminated should the dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be overstressed at any point during the first two years. Should dog be found to have severe Hip Dysplasia that alters the quality of life - within the first two years, Seller will provide a replacement puppy or refund up to the price paid for the puppy towards expenses related to the dysplasia.  Buyer must provide Seller with proof in the form of documentation from PennHIP or OFA. We reserve the right to confirm the results before a replacement or or Veterenary expense reimbursement is provided.  

D. Buyer agrees to return dog to Seller - or allow Seller to re-home dog, should it become necessary at any point during its' life. Seller should be the first contact if Buyer can no longer keep the dog.  Seller offers a lifetime re-home policy on all the dogs bred at Hope Springs.  If you re-home the dog without Seller's permission, the Health Warranty is not transferrable.   

E. Hope Springs puppies are sold on a STRICT NON-BREEDING contract.  Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this dog by 7 (seven) months of age.  Buyer must send proof to Seller via. e-mail or regular mail.  Upon execution of this contract, Buyer agrees this dog is being sold as a PET and will never be used for breeding.  Failure to follow through with the spay/neuter contract as outlined above will terminate your Health Warranty.  Legal action will be started for the breach in contract.  Any legal fees incurred by the Seller to enforce this non-breeding contract are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Any such legal proceedings will be filed in the state of Alabama.

F. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable to the Buyer or to any third party for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from or in a manner related to the puppy/dog. 

G. Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive Responsibility of the Buyer.

H. Hope Springs does not guarantee temperament as much of a Puppy's personality is formed after the puppy arrives into his new home.


Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy/dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, Vaccinations, Internal and External Parasites, Heartworm prevention, Flea and Tick control, Regular Baths, Grooming and any other preventative medication a Vet feels is needed. Veterinary records must be provided to Seller if requesting reimbursement or replacement. If any of the above preventative care has not been provided, the health warranty will be void. 


Both Buyer and Seller agree that this Contract represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations have been made regarding the puppy described above.
